Data Loss Prevention Project Manager

Position Description:

The DLP Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the rollout of Data Loss Prevention initiatives across the organization. This includes coordinating technical implementation, managing communications, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with data protection standards and internal requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end rollout of the DLP project, including planning, implementation, and stakeholder engagement Coordinate activities among various teams and stakeholders, including business representatives, technical leads, and governance actors Integrate business needs at each project phase (definition, validation, deployment) through structured communication and committee meetings Maintain project visibility through updates shared via committees, knowledge portals, email communications, and internal documentation Provide support and clarification to local teams implementing DLP measures, ensuring compliance with global requirements Identify areas for improvement or reinforcement of DLP controls and propose enhancements Track and report on the deployment status of DLP measures using defined indicators Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including platform leads, cybersecurity teams, and data protection officers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills Solid understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and implementations General knowledge of IT infrastructure, information security, and regulatory frameworks Familiarity with application and system architecture related to data governance Ability to interpret and apply data protection and cybersecurity principles Experience with automation, data analysis, and Power BI for reporting and tracking Language Skills English Mastery French Expert Soft Skills Strong proactivity and adaptability Effective collaboration and teamwork skills Clear and professional communication (both written and verbal) Ability to synthesize complex information and convey it clearly High level of rigor, attention to detail, and critical thinking
