Capabilities Trainee
JobPurpose
This role will support the creation and delivery of GSKs organizational capabilities programs, based on needs analysis and assessment, that ensures our employees are ahead and stay as top performers.
It should contribute to a sustainable use of current capabilities, while helping the Capabilities Learning Lead (CLL) to define and implement the upskill strategy of the employees development, to be able to meet strategic objectives of the company.
KeyResponsibilities
Contribute to Strategic Planning& Implementation:
- Work closely with the CLL in her interactions with various stakeholders across the organization (Marketing, Sales, Medical, MA&CGA) to have a full understanding of their units and training requirements, following up on Capability Frameworks and assessment results.
- Support the creation of an annual curriculum to facilitate trainings based on the organizations capability needs (short & long- term) as well as establish a well-governed structure and infrastructure to support it.
- Support the development of didactic content and learning solutions using digital tools, as well as logistics implied.
- Propose and embed innovative processes that enhance the training and performance programmes.
- Shadow and learn through meetings, events, projects and initiatives, in the assumption that all responsibility lies on the CLL.
Support in Shaping Organization and Development:
- Support the search for strategic external vendors and coordinate collaboration for tailor made development programs in line with GSK requirements and
- Research and present new trends, technologies, contents, vendors and training dynamics.
- Be aware of compliance and audit preparations due to GSK guidelines in training and capabilities matters.
- Provide clear and transparent analysis on the capability development programs progress and performance to the CLL.
Back the Culture, Engagement and Change Management:
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, by following all initiatives from intention to delivery and impact assessment, integrating .
- Participate in different GSK groups and projects to improve our culture, people and organizational development and achieve our priorities.
