Delagroup rekryterar kundsupportassistenter för en av sina kunder som är belägen i den norra delen av Portugal (Porto).

Den ideala kandidaten bör uppfylla följande krav:

  • Engelskakunskaper på C1- eller C2-nivå (eliminatoriskt krav)
  • Modersmål eller C2-nivå i svenska (eliminatoriskt krav)
  • Erfarenhet av kundsupport, särskilt hantering av inkommande samtal, svara på kunders e-post och ge support via chatt i realtid (föredragen erfarenhet)
  • Grundläggande datorkunskaper ur användarperspektiv
  • Intresse för kundservice
  • Tydlig och bestämd kommunikationsförmåga
  • Om kandidaten inte är bosatt i landet, finns möjlighet till relocation (1 månads gratis boende, flygbiljett och 1 månads offentliga transportmedel ingår).

Arbetstid: Rotering av skift och lediga dagar.

Arbetsmodell: Hybrid - Initial utbildning och de första månaderna på plats på kundens kontor i Porto, därefter möjlighet till hybridarbete.
