O que vais fazer:

• Prestar suporte técnico (Helpdesk) a utilizadores da estrutura interna e Contact Center (ambiente Windows);
• Resolver problemas com software, hardware, impressoras e rede;
• Apoiar soluções específicas do Contact Center;
• Gerir contas e acessos (Active Directory, Office 365);
• Preparar equipamentos para onboarding/offboarding;
• Colaborar na renovação de equipamentos em renting;
• Participar na criação de documentação técnica.

O que procuramos:

• 12.º ano completo (formação superior em IT é valorizada);
• 1 a 2 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;
• Bons conhecimentos em:
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Instalação/configuração de desktops e portáteis
• Inglês funcional;
• Carta de condução (preferencial);
• Disponibilidade para:
• Horários flexíveis e regime de prevenção;
• Deslocações pontuais;
• Início imediato (preferencial).
