• Craft and execute a strategic capital investment plan spanning a rolling 5-year period.
• Manage the capital investment process from inception to delivery, ensuring projects align with specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Provide comprehensive oversight of investment plans, guaranteeing resource allocation meets internal customer delivery expectations.
• Deliver on project success criteria, ensuring that business benefits are audited and realised.
• Conduct post-capital appraisal, report closures, and champion continuous improvement across all areas of the engineering and maintenance teams.

• Proven leadership and management skills within projects and manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and proven project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver financial performance and commercial insights.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards
• Strong record in leadership roles, managing engineering and maintenance personnel.
