Position : Dutch Customer Service for Bol.com - Home office in Portugal - PART TIME !

Visitors of the online department store have access to over 6 million products with just one mouse click, including new and second hand Dutch and international books, music, DVDs and games, notebooks, software, mobile phones, LCD and plasma televisions, e-readers with tens of thousands of e-books and a photo album service.

Market research shows that the store has been one of the most popular stores for Dutch-speaking customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. This appreciation reflects the continuous increase in the number of visitors as well as the many prices awarded to the store by the public.

-> Responsabilities :

You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via e-mail.

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Point of contact for external sellers;
• Provide information about digital products;
• Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch;
• Great listening and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Aptitude for problem-solving;
• Dynamism and team spirit;
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
• Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);

• Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
