Job Purpose: Responsible for managing People Services team in Portugal to provide a compliant, efficient and effective People&Culture operational delivery, with Primeira class service for our internal customers regarding hire-to-retire processes, driving continuous improvement and digitisation to the operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Services operations to drive efficient and effective delivery, meeting agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and coach the People Services team to ensure they maximize both their individual and team performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the entire hire-to-retire process in Portugal:
    • Collect salary related information from all operations Localizaçãos and update it into the systems.
    • Gather information on hours worked for each employee, overtime, deductions, bonuses.
    • Register employees’ data in the systems and keep records updated.
    • Process taxes and payment of employee benefits.
    • Manage Compensation and Benefits.
    • Execute procedures for health and accidents at work insurances according to Empresa guidelines.
    • Ensure preparation and execution of País legal requirements and forms.
    • Be able to give support on Empresa platforms used for payroll, employee data records, onboarding and other people services tools.
    • Communicate to all employees’ information related to People Services processes and procedures, assuming the role of a facilitator and local ambassador of new guidelines and policies.
    • Participation in CCEP projects to ensure the alignment of policies and procedures.
    • Comply with the quality standards, KPI´s and SLA´s established for each process in your area.
    • Proposes improvements to the Business Processes and technology area of Payroll and/or Personal Administration systems and processes.
    • Responsible for the user tests in the affected systems in the Personnel Administration area, before implementing improvements in the productive/definitive environments.
    • Manage payroll outsourcing provider to ensure SLA´s and payroll accuracy.
What the role requires
  • Experience preferred at least 2 years in similar Cargo in a multinational Empresa.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business, accounting, administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and Tax.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures with an ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Working knowledge and experience with SAP.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and case management system.
  • Payroll and Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills with Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of skill in handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Good time management skills, well organized and able to handle several tasks at same time.
  • Strong customer service focus and great team player.
  • Continuous improvement focus.
  • Proactive and dynamic ways of working.
  • Language capability Portuguese native speaker, good level of English and Spanish (B1).
