What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Network Engineering, ideally in an enterprise or international environment.
• Mandatory strong expertise in VMware NSX‑T and Network Automation. Cisco ACI is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong hands‑on experience with network automation and scripting tools, specifically Terraform and Python (mandatory).
• Solid understanding and practical experience with VLANs, Network Security, WAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, and LAN technologies.
• Proven experience in large‑scale enterprise/datacenter environments, supporting global infrastructure and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex network issues in critical production environments.
• Experience providing L3 support, including P1/P2 incident handling, problem management, and BAU support when required.
• Ability to design, build, and deliver secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient network solutions, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience interacting with architecture and technical teams in international environments.
• Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Desirable exposure to Cloud networking, hybrid infrastructures, and advanced monitoring/observability tools.
• Residency in Portugal.
