A Snapshot of Your Day: Imagine leading the charge as you launch a brand-new systems business line for Distribution Transformers at Siemens Energy. You’ll drive global sales strategy for cutting-edge solutions in Data Centers, Photovoltaics, Battery Energy Storage, Electric Vehicles, and Hydrogen. Join a team where you define go-to-market plans, build and mentor a high-performing sales force, and engage directly with strategic customers worldwide. What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: define and execute a global sales strategy for a new systems portfolio, build a strong pipeline, and close complex, high-value deals with strategic customers across multiple energy segments. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape future offerings, and manage pricing and commercial models in alignment with regional stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: build and lead a high-performing system sales team, set targets, budgets, and forecasts, and track performance through KPIs. Establish and continuously improve sales processes and policies to ensure efficient operations for the new systems business.
  • Customer & Market Engagement: build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at strategic global accounts, analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the sales approach, and represent the Empresa at industry events to promote the new system portfolio and strengthen brand visibility.
What You Bring
  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical or commercial field.
  • 8-12+ years of B2B sales experience with complex technical systems, ideally in energy, data centers, or e-mobility.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, including building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skilled in sales strategy, negotiation, market research, and pricing for technical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed to engage with customers and represent Siemens Energy.

You’ll join a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to launching and growing the new systems portfolio within Distribution Transformers. The team’s mission is to drive innovation and expand Siemens Energy’s presence in high-growth sectors like data centers, renewables, and e-mobility. You’ll work closely with product management, engineering, and regional sales entities to deliver tailored solutions to customers worldwide. Collaboration, accountability, and a passion for market development define the team’s culture. Together, you’ll set ambitious goals, share insights, and celebrate success as you build a new business line from the ground up.
