Talka is a Silicon Valley–based Conversational AI startup building AI-powered applications that help sales reps and managers extract business-critical insights from video and voice conversations — decoding unspoken signals to improve human communication, predict sales success, and deliver real impact.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer — a developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes pride in driving features from inception to deployment, making meaningful contributions across the entire technology stack, from UI to infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain features across the stack — from responsive UIs in React / Seguinte.js to scalable APIs in Python
• Work closely with the ML team to integrate AI-powered insights into the UI
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on user feedback, focusing on usability
• Take ownership of features and drive them from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Containerize, configure, deploy, and maintain services in GCP

You'll be expected not just to execute — but to approach challenges with strategic thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a bias toward shipping fast, especially when navigating ambiguity or building something entirely new.

Who You Are

• Results-driven and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Skilled in React / Seguinte.js and Python
• Familiar with cloud platforms, SQL / NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communicator and team collaborator
