**Job Description:** We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our Learning team in Airbus GBS in Lisbon! **Responsibilities - your mission ** Gather Learning & KM needs and priorities from business, propose development & delivery plans addressing those needs in alignment with Business and HR strategy. * Activities * * * Learning Plan Management * Based on a deep understanding of business priorities and constraints, build & deliver Learning & KM plans addressing critical business needs balancing business constraints and optimization targets (cost and capacity). * * Learning Offer Development * Design & develop new learning solutions from Business needs, respecting our project management standards and commitments. Ensure operational delivery feasibility and maintain the learning offer effectiveness, quality and performance. Provide any opportunity to streamline and digitalize the Learning offer in perspective of performance and effectiveness. Support the change and innovation initiatives within the organization. * * Learning Delivery Management * Ensure Business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities. Capture business constraints, assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plan with different stakeholders, propose solutions based on Expert knowledge of processes and Supply Chain. Manage sub-contractor for training sessions’ logistics organization.
