We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

Business Analyst – CSOD – Hybrid (Lisbon)

✅ What you will do

• Support the Product Owner of the Cornerstone On Demand (YES Learning) LMS module across the full product lifecycle.
• Coordinate and execute BAU activities: continuous improvements, release analyses, impact assessments, and partnership with the BAU Lead.
• Take ownership of complex L3 tickets, manage small projects, non‑standard requests, and functional feature analyses.
• Support the rollout of a new governance model with entities and Group stakeholders.
• Contribute to or lead CSOD improvement initiatives and identify training needs for local admins, delivering training/refresher sessions when required.

✅ What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the CSOD LMS module.
• Strong understanding of LMS operations, governance, BAU management, and release/impact analysis.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams in a global context.
• Experience coordinating improvements, resolving complex cases, and providing structured training to administrators.
• Certifications in CSOD LMS or Core modules are a plus (not mandatory).

✅ Soft Skills & Languages

• Excellent communication, autonomy, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities, engage stakeholders, and work collaboratively.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
