Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications team in the development of digital and print materials, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality execution across all brands and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative assets for digital and print communication.
• Create artwork for social media, newsletters, presentations, websites, advertising and promotional materials.
• Support the design of event branding, signage and on-site communication materials.
• Adapt existing creative concepts across different formats and channels.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands and destinations.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team on campaign rollouts and day-to-day creative requests.
• Prepare files for production and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
• Support internal communication and commercial materials when required.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree or professional training in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva and ability to work with editable template-based formats when required.
• Interest and familiarity with AI tools for creative development and design support.
• Good understanding of digital and social media formats.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn and develop.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good level of English.
