What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, features, and lifecycle management;
  • Own portfolio P&L — revenue, margin, pricing, and business case delivery;
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and commercial enablement;
  • Drive cross-functional programs (platform modernization, feature rollout);
  • Ensure customer experience excellence (service availability, NPS, SLAs);
  • Represent Vodafone Portugal in Vodafone Group product councils and partner forums;
  • Mentor product and marketing resources within Unified Comms solutions
Who You Are
  • University degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product or project management, preferably in telecommunications or tech companies;
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modelling, and marketing tools;
  • Telco & Unified Comms Expertise, Product Management, Marketing & GTM, Program Management, Financial Management, Stakeholder Management;
  • Strategic Product Thinking – defines clear long-term direction and differentiates Vodafone’s UC offer;
  • Commercial Acumen – deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing, and ROI;
  • Customer Focus – designs solutions that enhance enterprise communication experiences;
  • Execution Excellence – delivers complex programs on time, on scope, on budget;
  • Cross-Functional Influence – aligns Sales, Technology, and Marketing to shared goals;
  • Innovation Mindset – champions the integration of new technologies in current portfolio bringing new value proCargo to the product;
  • Knowledge of SIP, FMC, PBX, Cisco solutions (optional);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
