Dstny is the largest European-based cloud communications software provider, delivering Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) and Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions to Service Providers globally. The Global Talent Acquisition Partner will build and scale Dstny's internal recruitment capability across Europe, enabling faster and higher-quality hiring. The role focuses on attracting top talent across multiple countries, with emphasis on technology, product, and delivery roles, and aims to shape how recruitment is done at Dstny with a modern, scalable hiring approach.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment
• Own full-cycle recruitment globally
• Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across multiple European countries
• Partner closely with hiring managers from intake meeting through to offer stage
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Build proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles, particularly across technology, product, engineering, and delivery functions
• Develop and maintain strong talent pools
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and key talent communities

Recruitment Strategy & Process

• Define and implement a structured, scalable, and high-quality recruitment process
• Standardize interview stages, assessment criteria, job descriptions, and hiring SLAs
• Continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, speed, and quality of hire

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across Europe
• Act as a trusted advisor
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring decisions

Employer Branding & Candidate Attraction

• Support Cargoing of Dstny as an employer of choice, especially in Portugal and across our growing European Localizaçãos
• Support local hiring campaigns, events, and LinkedIn visibility when needed
• Help build a compelling candidate value proCargo for key talent segments

Recruitment Analytics & Governance

• Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve recruitment performance
• Ensure strong governance, reporting accuracy, and process compliance
