We are looking for Junior AI Engineers to design and build solutions based on Machine Learning, Gen AI and Agentics.

What you'll do

As an AI Engineer, you'll work hands-on on practical, high-impact AI solutions focused on operational efficiency and business value.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI applications and pipelines (mainly in Python) using frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and HuggingFace.
• Build Textual and Visual RAG Systems and internal chatbots to optimize workflows and knowledge management.
• Create LLM-powered automations (e.g. document analysis, report generation, internal search, decision support).
• Integrate and scale AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor model performance and quality, applying MLOps best practices.
• Prepare data pipelines and train Machine Learning models.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Additional training or certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or MLOps are a plus.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI / LLM frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, LangChain, OpenAI API, Transformers, vLLM).
• Solid understanding of RAG Systems and Vector Databases (FAISS, Chroma, PostgreSQL + pgvector).
• Experience building APIs (e.g. FastAPI).
• Practical knowledge of MLOps (Docker, CI/CD, model versioning, observability tools like Langfuse).
• Strong analytical mindset to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coding Agents (e.g. Claude Code), Context Engineering, or LLM fine-tuning.
• Familiarity integrating AI into internal tools (Slack, Notion, CRMs).
• Interest in Agentic Systems, applied Machine Learning, and AI-driven productivity.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a product-oriented mindset.
