This is a high-impact leadership role at the forefront of AI-driven product innovation, where you will shape the future of a rapidly scaling engineering organization. You will oversee multiple teams responsible for delivering core product experiences, ensuring both technical excellence and exceptional user outcomes. This role combines organizational leadership with strong technical insight, enabling you to influence architecture, product direction, and engineering practices. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional leaders, you will help translate ambitious goals into scalable solutions. • Lead and scale multiple engineering teams, including managing and mentoring Engineering Managers across key product areas
• Define and execute technical strategy, ensuring alignment with product vision and business objectives
• Drive high-quality product delivery by balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Guide the development of AI-powered product experiences, leveraging emerging technologies responsibly and effectively
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Establish best practices for architecture, development processes, and engineering standards across teams
• Ensure alignment and clarity across a distributed organization, supporting teams through growth and change

• Extensive experience leading multiple engineering teams in a high-growth, product-focused environment
• Proven track record of managing Engineering Managers and scaling organizations effectively
• Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural and strategic decisions
• Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps across complex product areas
• Demonstrated success in delivering user-facing products within fast-paced SaaS or technology environments
• Exposure to AI-native products or leading teams working on AI-powered features
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering team growth
• Experience working in distributed or remote-Primeira environments across multiple regions
• Ability to balance execution speed with quality, scalability, and long-term vision
• Familiarity with developer tools, workflow automation, or similar technical domains is a plus
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies such as TypeScript/Node.js is advantageous
