Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect / DevOps Engineer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Localização: Lisbon

Main Tasks:

• Participate in the definition of technical solutions, ensuring production, infrastructure, resilience, monitoring, and security requirements are fully integrated from the early stages.
• Act as the guarantor of Production throughout the project lifecycle, within an Agile context.
• Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into scoping activities and the Product Backlog, including technical user stories related to industrialization and obsolescence management.
• Promote solutions based on existing platforms, products, and services to reduce implementation time while ensuring compliance with architecture and security standards.
• Support development teams to secure and accelerate project delivery, implementing or coordinating technical user stories when required.
• Ensure the upskilling of project teams on application production best practices, DevOps principles, and Agile tooling.
• Facilitate the provision of production and infrastructure resources, enabling smooth and secure deployments across environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and supervision of production solutions, ensuring service reliability and observability.
• Contribute to maintaining services in operational condition, including backup/restore, performance, access control, and security reviews.
• Identify operational risks or blocking points (flows, network, security) and propose corrective action plans.
• Define and monitor service levels, production indicators, and contribute to incident resolution within SLA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Production, including automation, performance optimization, and “DMZR as code”.
• Document installation and operational procedures and ensure disaster recovery plans (ICP) are defined and tested.

Profile:

• Experienced professional with a strong background in Technical Architecture and DevOps within production environments.
• Solid expertise in IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, and IT Risk & Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows systems.
• Proven expertise in containerization and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and OpenShift.
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability stacks, such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Good knowledge of the DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional and Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• French is a plus.
