Head of Functions (All Genders)
Based in Oporto. Direct report to the CEO and part of the Senior Management team. Responsible for all day‑to‑day management decisions and for implementing long‑ and short‑term plans, fostering synergies between all areas under management.

Your Future Mission
  • Lead the development and execution of the perimeter long‑term strategy, creating stakeholder value.
  • Drive successful business plan execution as defined.
  • Ensure all daily management decisions and short‑ and long‑term plans align with the Empresa strategy and guidelines.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses and/or departments.
  • Review financial and operational flows and assess improvement areas.
  • Take responsibility for P&L management.
  • Monitor activities under management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage direct staff and assign specific duties.
  • Monitor policy and procedure compliance, developing targets and standards to ensure governance is managed to meet these standards.
  • Provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Share corporate values and promote communication within the team(s).
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, with proven management experience in complex and fast‑paced companies.
  • Strong track record of effectively leading regionally and/or nationally based organizations, including activities and staff.
  • Previous experience in developing, implementing and managing strategies that have taken an organization to the Seguinte stage of growth.
  • Proven experience in managing Business Units in similar Group entities will be a plus.
  • Minimum C2 level in French and English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage – Portuguese is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment.
