Role description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Lisbon, Portugal. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and engagement. Daily tasks include developing social media campaigns, writing and optimizing posts, monitoring community interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner across the brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media marketing and social media optimization , with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, clear, and inclusive content in portuguese and english languages
• Experience in content strategy, including planning campaigns, content calendars, and platform-specific approaches
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines on-site in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Write high-quality copy in both Portuguese and English
• Coordinate photo and video shoots alongside external partners and internal teams
