In this Cargo you will...

...be acting as the bridge business strategy and engineering execution, be the owner to drive the global platform evolution while championing scalability and technical consistency.

You will be responsible for...

• Owning the team's roadmap and backlog, ensuring work focuses on those with highest value for the organization.
• Creating clarity and alignment on deliverables across tech teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide input into architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs
• Manage technical debt and ensure scalability, performance, and resilience
• Work with engineering on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Utilizing your deep knowledge of users and technology to define end-to-end requirements/stories that are comprehensible to developers/QA.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous iteration, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• At least 5-10 years' relevant working experience within an agile environment
• Degree holder of computing, engineering or business-related subjects is preferred
• Strong understanding of software development process and technical requirements
• Comfortable discussing engineering concepts with developers
• Able to leverage AI on your day-to-day work
• Proven Ability to collaborate with a global team, across multiple time-zones.
• Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, or data platforms
