We are seeking German-speaking candidates with strong English skills to join an on-site Content Moderation team operating in Lisbon in a 24/7 rotational shift model. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment for millions of users worldwide.

As a content moderator, you will review reports from users, evaluate text, images, videos, and other digital content, and take action based on established internal policies. You will assess whether content complies with community guidelines, identify potential threats, protect user well-being, and maintain platform integrity.
