Job Summary:
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding service to customers across international markets. If youre customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and fluent in German, wed love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide product, service, or technical support based on customer needs
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions
