The Role: Dev Oracle HCM

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and data models, enabling seamless integration and optimization of HR solutions.

Localização: Lisbon

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Sector: Financial Services

️ Languages: English (B2) & French (Nice to Have)

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Oracle HCM development and customization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and related data models.
• Proficiency in SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures).
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have: French

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR data models ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize and improve existing processes within the Oracle HCM suite to enhance efficiency.
