The main purpose of the position :

For our Digital Components department, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for defining the functional and non-functional requirements for the workplace management platform and creating the necessary documentation required for the application: behavior and business logic, as well as data and quality requirements.

The key to this role is having business awareness in the field of analysis and understanding of business needs and requirements, which will allow for a detailed definition of the product in the form of a functional project. For this purpose, s/he will create a functional and technical specification and associate acceptance criteria with them. The Business Analyst will also lead the definition, assessment, documentation and recording of business needs and processes.

To this end, s/he will closely cooperate with Business and Subject Matter Experts as well as all potential user groups of the software. S/he will also receive support and consulting from Business, the development team, and the Solution Architect.

Embark on our journey where your main purpose as an IT Business Analyst will be:

• Identify, define, record, and consolidate business requirements and define product’s functions accordingly with support of Product Team;
• Safeguard that the product, a given IT solution is being built as designed;
• Conduct business analysis and support system analysis of the Product;
• Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs;
• Pay attention to user experience, value creation and maintainability of the solution;
• Measure and identify potential for continuous improvement and initiate and support optimization activities;
• Follow Lean and Agile principles.

Who you’ll work with:

• Internal at different levels of Business Stakeholders and SMEs;
• Solution Architect, IT Product Owners, IT Business Owners, UX Designers;
• The development team;
• User groups of the software.

Be part of us! You should have:

• University degree or an equivalent education and training;
• More than 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional technical requirements;
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal);
• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, software delivery cycle;
• Builder of bridges between Business and IT: experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to establish requirements for product and a given IT Solution;
• Ability to communicate with a team of developers supported by experience in collaborating with software developers at the “Build” stage of product and a given IT Solution lifecycle;
• Nice to know about JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML and SQL.
