A Whitestar é uma empresa especializada na gestão e recuperação de carteiras de crédito e imobiliário, integrando o Arrow Global Group desde 2015. Atualmente, administrando mais de €10 mil milhões em ativos, contamos com uma equipa diversificada de mais de 500 colaboradores, distribuídos entre Lisboa e Porto. Com a intenção de fortalecer a nossa equipa de Customer Service, estamos à procura de candidatos para a posição de Customer Service (Inbound).

Descrição da função

  • Atendimento telefónico;
  • Registo de dados em sistema;
  • Análise e tratamento de tabelas;
  • Gestão e encaminhamento de e-mails;
  • Apoio administrativo às equipas operacionais.

Perfil do candidato:

  • Fluência em inglês, tanto falado como escrito (eliminatório);
  • 12º ano de escolaridade ou superior;
  • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Planeamento, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Foco na entrega de resultados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Capacidade de adaptação e flexibilidade;
  • Dinamismo e proatividade;
  • Disponibilidade imediata.
