Desenvolver o reporting dos indicadores da atividade; Participar nos projetos transversais (nomeadamente RSC) e de melhoria no âmbito da Gestão de Recursos…...

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver processos de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Assegurar o onboarding de novos colaboradores;
  • Efetuar o suporte ao processo administrativo;
  • Desenvolver o reporting dos indicadores da atividade;
  • Participar nos projetos transversais (nomeadamente RSC) e de melhoria no âmbito da Gestão de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos e perfil pretendido:

  • Formação académica em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia do Trabalho ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência profissional de 5 anos em funções similares (requisito obrigatório);
  • Domínio do MS-Office, nomeadamente do Excel;
  • Valorizados conhecimentos de Success Factors;
  • Fluência na língua inglesa (requisito obrigatório);
  • Fluência na língua espanhola (requisito obrigatório);
  • Dinamismo e proatividade;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;
  • Excelentes competências comunicacionais;
  • Empatia e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Orientação para a melhoria contínua.
