Estamos a recrutar Rececionista (M/F) com o seguinte perfil:
Principais funções:
- Assegurar o atendimento presencial e telefónico aos sócios;
- Realizar processos administrativos;
- Potenciar a comercialização de suplementação e de material desportivo;
- Garantir a gestão das reclamações;
- Assegurar o fecho de caixa diário;
- Realizar o controlo de inventário
Requisitos do Candidato:
- Formação mínima ao nível do 12º ano;
- Conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador;
- Orientação para o Cliente;
- Autonomia e Capacidade de Resolução de Problemas;
- Capacidade de Organização;
- Espírito de Equipa;
- Interesse pela área do desporto (fitness)
Condições:
- Contrato de trabalho
- Full-time (40h/semanais)
