As a content moderator, you’ll engage in filtering content on social media platforms and ensuring the platform remains free from unwanted behavior. Alongside your colleagues, you’ll be tackling internet crime and cyberbullying, making sure social media stays enjoyable! What do you get?

• Your flight will be reimbursed after you have completed your training (you will receive this reimbursement along with your first salary).

What is required?

• Fluent in spoken and written Finnish.
• Ability to speak and write in English reasonably well.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible mindset (rotating shifts).
• Available for a minimum of 12 months.
• At least 18 years old.
• You have EU citizenship.
• Portuguese language skills are not required for this vacancy.

Interview Process

• Test and first acquaintance
  After our interview, the company will send you a test in which you will be given tasks similar to those you will perform as a customer service representative. This way they can see if you are a good fit for this position. To best pass this test, we advise you to find a quiet place in your home (or elsewhere).

• Interview with client
  The clients recruiter will schedule an introduction phone call with you. After this, a video call will follow with the project manager. During these talks, theyll check out your test results, chat about your motivation, and discuss your skills. Make sure you are at your best and come across as motivated!

• Receive the results within a few days
  Once youve completed all the steps, youll receive a phone call letting you know youve been hired!

• Start packing and get on the plane!
  Host a farewell party, pack your bags, and board the plane to begin your new adventure!
