Responsabilidades:
  • Atender aos pedidos de reserva por telefone, e-mail e/ou online, garantindo um serviço eficiente e personalizado;
  • Fornecer informações detalhadas sobre os nossos hotéis, pacotes e ofertas especiais;
  • Assegurar o correcto registo e processamento de todas as reservas;
  • Colaborar com outros departamentos para garantir a satisfação dos hóspedes;
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as políticas de preços, disponibilidade e procedimentos de reserva.

Requisitos:
  • Experiência anterior em funções de reservas em contexto hoteleiro;
  • Excelente capacidade de atendimento ao cliente e de comunicação, verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de resiliência e de resolução de problemas;
  • Conhecimento de plataformas online, sistemas de reservas e/ou softwares de gestão hoteleira serão valorizados;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, bem como em equipa;
  • Fluência em português e inglês (outros idiomas serão valorizados);
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
