We are looking for Head of Operations & Finance. The main mission will be to ensure that the company operates smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations, while also managing its financial resources effectively to support growth and innovation. The Head of Operations & Finance will be responsible for the following areas: Tools and Processes , Project Management and Finance Ops supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for managing a team of 2: a Operations Manager and a Senior Project Manager.

  • The Head of Operations & Finance will be responsible for the following areas:
  • Tools & Processes:The primary goal is to optimize organizational efficiency by continuously improving processes and tools, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and facilitating effective collaboration and training across teams.

  • Project Management Department: Responsibilities in this area include Project Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration, Process Improvement and Risk Management, and Security and Tools Strategy.

  • Financial Ops: Would be owned by the Head of Ops & Finance and will get support from our external provider.
The main scope of this area is to manage on-chain operations and ensure compliance with on-chain governance rules, document processes and owners for on-chain operations and ensure that they are up-to-date; Track on-chain assets and ensure that they are properly recorded and accounted for; Report on the financial cost of tools and services used ; Collaborate with the finance analyst to ensure compliance with budget and financial reporting requirements; Identify and report any financial or operational risks related to on-chain operations. Requirements
  • Previous experience in Web3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational technology tools and proven ability on implementing how technology tools can help improve businesses
  • Tools: Excel Skills (Advanced); Quickbooks (Beginner to moderate)
  • Experience using hot and cold wallets.
  • High degree of personal security standards
  • Chat GPT and other AI experience
