HSE Coordinator ETD (m/f) M/F

Our ETD Business Line is looking for a HSE Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting the Global ETD Team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Voltalias health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures and with the following responsibilities:

• Support and ensure the development and the implementation, at the global and local organization levels, of the HSE Policies, Procedures and HSE documentary organization defined by Voltalia Group.
• Ensure the local Health & Safety and Environment legal compliance.
• Monitoring the rules and other national and international applicable normative documents and adopt the applicable legislation and regulation to the business.
• As a business partner, participate on the Risk Assessment analysis for all the BL activities.
• Development and implementation of the Emergency Plans.
• Conducting HSE monitoring of the sites.
• Monitor and Report Health, Safety & Environment KPI´s on a monthly basis (or other periodicity when necessary) to BL and HSE support function.
• Voltalia representation towards official agencies in case of accident (environmental or safety).
• Preparation and Participation on the external Audits promoted by Voltalia or any other external stakeholder (customer, supplier, insurer, etc.).

• Leading the operational HSE local Technicians and Logistic representatives, whether they are from Voltalia or Subcontracted to external entities.
• Work with the HSE Team to develop and implement HSE improvement plans and initiatives, ensuring ETD enjoys the uniformity of the Group HSE standards.
• Act as a resource for ETD employees on HSE matters, providing guidance and support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment or Quality or related areas studies is a plus.
• Experience equal or greater than 3 years in similar positions.
• Experience with warehouse (logistic) HSE management and Services team.
• Knowledge/Specific Training:Training in Health and Safety at Work and/or Environment;
  • Training in Audits;
  • First Aid training;
  • Pedagogical competence training;
• Excellent knowledge of the law, regulations and norms of Health and Safety Work.
• Fluent English.
• French is a plus.
