Seeking a highly motivated individual with strong sales abilities for an exciting opportunity at Johnson & Johnson in Porto, Portugal.

As a SALES REPRESENTATIVE at Johnson & Johnson, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities to determine sales opportunities
• Successfully implement sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Strictly adhere to sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar role
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
