About the job

• The Human Resources (HR) Business Management Officer will integrate the HR Management Support team and, under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, will participate in various projects, such as:

o HR/Business Events

o HR Development and Communications

o HR Tools implementation

o Reporting and Monitoring

o HR Transversal Projects

Your Main Activities Are

• Supporting team projects across all phases – Planning and preparation, Diagnostic, Design and Implementation

• Preparing logistics for HR events/initiatives

• Collecting, analysing data and completing data requests

• Summarising information and trends

• Organizing and maintaining file records and following up on pending matters

• Providing input for the creation of material (ex: guides, tutorials)

• Preparing materials for calls and meetings with stakeholders

• Liaising with other HR areas on ongoing topics

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Human Resources

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant areas

• Fluency in English is required

• Communication skills - oral & written

• Ability to manage a project

• Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

• Attention to detail / rigor

• Creativity & Innovation / Problem solving
