Data Strategist

Skills
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives
Establish and enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance across the organisation.
Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data.
Develop strategies for data resource management, data modelling, and other data related activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Proven experience as a Data Strategist, Data Manager, or a similar role in a data environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, etc.
Experience managing a team of data engineers.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environment, and multi-task
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
