We are hiring a Project Manager, for the Strategy team, directly reporting to the CEO, to support the business functions in their analytical and reporting roles.


You will be responsible for:

  • Promote and monitor alignment between company’s strategic guidelines and tactical & operational decisions
  • Establish and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders, including top management and ExCom
  • Produce strategic materials, key for decision making process
  • Prepare strategy discussions, including relevant materials and session dynamics and the company’s business plan
  • Closely monitor Universo’s performance, through the analysis of key leading indicators and financial maps


If you have:

  • Excellent academic track record in Economics, Management or other quantitative field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple functions and divisions
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
  • Good stakeholders’ management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Ability to simplify complex problems
  • M&A experience not mandatory but a plus
