  • Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (8:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,

Your responsabilities:

  • Assist Italian Speaking Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
  • Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Our expectations:

  • You speak Italian in proficiency
  • Intermediate English level (at least B2)
  • You already live in Portugal
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our dynamic team.

Main duties:

  • Possible start on 01/05
  • Working schedule: Monday to Sunday (8:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,
  • 2 rotational days off
  • Remote from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
  • Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
  • Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Competetive salary and remuneration system:

  • 900€ gross x 12months +2 extra salaries per year
  • up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus,
  • meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)
  • transport allowance: 20€ / month
