Estamos a recrutar para Fitness Instructor Júnior (M/F) para o Solinca PPH com o seguinte perfil


– Realizar a avaliação da aptidão física e funcional;

– Prescrever planos de treino, monitorizar e acompanhar os sócios durante a prática de exercício na sala de cardiofitness e musculação;

– Lecionar aulas de grupo pré-coreografadas (Les Mills e 3B) e aulas freestyle ( p.e: hidroginástica, localizada, funcional)

  • Realizar sessões de Treino Acompanhado

Requisitos do candidato

– Licenciatura em Desporto ou similar ou Título de Técnico de Exercício Físico (cédula obrigatória);

– Experiência profissional, em ambiente de ginásio (aulas de grupo, PT e instrução de sala);

  • Orientação para o cliente;

– Capacidade comunicacional;

– Dinamismo e polivalência
