As Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) you will support clients from one of the greatest Cryptocurrency Company.Are you fluent in Portuguese and want to work for the leading BPO worldwide, awarded as the best place to work 2022? You will use your skills as customer service agent, supporting our clients different areas of the cryptocurrency company, in our office in Porto. Youll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all customers.

Your job will be great:
You will give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs. In essence, you will take good care of the customers;
You will manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process;
From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile:
Fluent, verbal and written in Portuguese;
English level (intermediate);
Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure;
Fast learner, diligent worker.
To become a part of our Team you need to be:
Willing and able to work on rotative shifts (24/7);
You are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
