Principais responsabilidades:
  • Manter e desenvolver contatos telefónicos, no sentido de deixar em aberto a viabilidade para apresentar vagas para futuras posições;
  • Realizar marcações de entrevistas com objetivos concretos;
  • Selecionar/ Não selecionar candidatos com base no feedback das entrevistas;
  • Ser a pessoa de contato para responder a questões dos candidatos;
  • Cumprir os objetivos semanais, mensais e anuais estabelecidos;
  • Atualizar a base de dados;
  • Registar todas as atividades no CRM da empresa.

Requisitos:
  • Forte espírito comercial;
- Habilitações (mínimas) Licenciatura - preferencialmente Licenciatura em Psicologia ou Comunicação;
  • Experiência no recrutamento no setor imobiliário (obrigatório);
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e argumentação;
  • Fortes habilidades organizacionais e interpessoais;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática;
  • Energia e dinamismo;
  • Capacidade comprovada de cumprir objetivos;
  • Disponibilidade Imediata.
