What You Will Do
Responsible for support customers regionally or globally in their area of expertise of the complete Unified Communications suite. Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers.
Training and education of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools Mentoring colleagues and/or students in the team.
Respond to customer queries (3rd line) in a timely and accurate way.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Monitoring of the Service Desk queue for the team.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members initiatives to drive changes in relation to service levels
Identifying improvement areas and share with the team
Establishing good relationships with business users in all levels and within the Essity IT community
Participate in Global Projects
Provide support for Microsoft Teams and supporting applications
Provide support for supporting voice infrastructure (Audiocodes)
Provide support for 3rd line Contact Center (Anywhere 365)
Who You Are
Proven success in contributing to a multi geographic team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience within managing Real Time communications in Microsoft Teams, supporting infrastructure, Telephony (VoIP), Audio Codes, Anywhere 365
Self-driven
Experience in troubleshooting
