Principal Funções:
  • Coopera com a Governanta, no sentido de satisfação da necessidade dos clientes;
  • Ocupa-se do asseio, arranjo, limpeza e decoração dos quartos, assim como das áreas públicas do Hotel;
  • Colabora com outros Departamentos, que solicitem a sua colaboração.

Requisitos:
  • Escolaridade mínima obrigatória;
  • Formação técnica e Hotelaria ou similar;
  • Conhecimento práticos sobre limpeza e uso adequado dos equipamentos;
  • Conhecimentos práticos sobre manuseamento de produtos químicos;
  • Fortes competências de comunicação, designadamente no contacto com os clientes;
  • Espírito de equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
