Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to strengthen our global team in developing dryer fabrics for Paper and Board machines and filtration fabrics for Pulp and Paper industry. • Carry out tests or control tests of used filter fabrics, according to quality plans and specific standards.
• Collect samples, carry out tests or control tests of raw materials and finished products according to quality plans and specific standards.
• Record the results of all tests and compare the test values with the defined acceptance criteria and, in case of non-compliance, take action.
• Support in the proposal and implementation of policies and procedures, promoting continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Highschool diploma in the Laboratory area or BSc. in Chemical Engineering, Textile or similar.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of IT from the users perspective.
• Strong motivation to work with customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Characteristics such as a sense of responsibility, flexibility, dynamism and teamwork are valued.
• Analytical skills, organization, communication and resistance to stress.
