We are looking for French speakers to work remotely for this leading technology brand!

Your responsabilities:

• Handle incoming French user requests via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds
• Provide inbound sales support and sell products to boost revenue, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics!)
• Keeping customers informed with regular status and resolution updates
• Record and track orders or requests, ensuring thorough documentation of all necessary data elements in the CRM according to client requirements, policies, and product

Our expectations:

• You speak French in proficiency
• Fluent English level (at least B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
• An ability to work in shifts

Main duties:

• Possible start on 10/07 or 07/08
• Fully remote work system from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Lisbon, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
• Working schedule: Monday -Saturday (8:00 –21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays : Days off: Sunday +1 rotational day
• Full time job: 8 hours/day, 5 days/ week, rotating shifts, Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
• Private Health insurance with a dental plan( freeafter 6 months)
• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

Competetive Salary and bonuses:

-1194€ gross x12 months or 1024 gross x 14 months -basic salary
-up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
-meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
-20 €/month - Transport allowance

Relocation package:

• Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
• Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
