Vacancy Chef / Line Cook

Key Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in the kitchen
  • basic culinary skills
  • knowledge of the basics of professional cleanliness and hygiene
  • kill to work in team
  • English (Portuguese will be an advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of ingredients
  • Preparing dishes according to technological cards
  • Quality control of products sold
  • Inventory management - control over product inventories
  • Good communication with the restaurant team
  • Training and mentoring: training junior employees and interns
  • Compliance with safety regulations

Salary: 1000.00€ - 1200.00€ per month

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
