Funções:
- Receção de chamadas para atendimento ao cliente (via telefone);
- Informação de Faturação, Esclarecimentos, Gestão de Reclamações, Registo dos Pedidos/alterações do tarifário de telecomunicações e Promoção com orientação para a qualidade e satisfação do cliente.
Requisitos:
- Habilitações ao nível do 12º ano;
- Conhecimentos de informática (na ótica do utilizador);
- Capacidade de comunicação e empatia;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e assertividade.
Horários: 13h00- 22h00 de 2ª a domingo com 2 folgas semanais.
