  • Vender através do aconselhamento desportivo, fisicamente e digitalmente, os nossos produtos, satisfazendo as necessidades dos clientes
  • Promover e vender soluções para a experiência desejada pelo cliente, incluindo produtos novos, de segunda vida, aluguer, etc.
  • Oferecer serviços de manutenção, reparação e personalização para prolongar a vida útil dos produtos e garantir uma experiência pós-venda positiva
  • Garantir a satisfação e a fidelização do cliente, em todos os canais, através de uma relação de proximidade e disponibilidade
  • Garantir diariamente a correta disponibilidade de produto e exposição qualitativa
  • Contribuir ativamente para objetivos comerciais e económicos
  • Participar no desenvolvimento local do desporto/território de responsabilidade
