Sail Force Catalyst is seeking talented and dedicated freelance coaches to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Relationship Coaches:

- Guide and support clients in building and maintaining healthy relationships, improving communication, and enhancing intimacy.

- Help clients navigate challenges such as trust issues, conflict resolution, and relationship transitions.

- Provide tools and strategies to improve emotional intelligence, strengthen connection, and foster long-lasting partnerships.

- Assist clients in setting and achieving relationship goals, whether its finding a compatible partner, improving an existing relationship, or recovering from a breakup or divorce.

Life Coaches:

- Help clients set and achieve personal goals, overcome obstacles, and create a fulfilling and balanced life.

- Provide guidance in areas such as career development, personal growth, time management, and stress reduction.

- Support clients in discovering their passions, values, and purpose, and aligning their actions with their aspirations.

- Assist clients in developing positive habits, enhancing self-confidence, and cultivating resilience to navigate lifes challenges.

Health Coaches:

- Assist clients in improving their overall well-being, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes.

- Develop personalized wellness plans based on clients specific health goals, preferences, and needs.

- Educate clients about healthy eating habits, portion control, and mindful eating practices.

- Provide guidance on physical fitness routines, stress reduction techniques, and strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Business Coaches:

- Work with clients to develop and implement strategies for business growth, enhance leadership skills, and improve team performance.

- Assist entrepreneurs and business owners in setting clear objectives, creating action plans, and overcoming obstacles.

- Provide guidance in areas such as marketing, sales, financial management, and operational efficiency.

- Help clients develop effective communication skills, build high-performing teams, and cultivate a positive work culture.

In all coaching niches, the coaches will:

- Conduct coaching sessions in person or remotely, depending on client preferences and location.

- Create customized coaching plans tailored to each clients needs, focusing on their specific goals and challenges.

- Utilize effective coaching methodologies and tools based on proven techniques in their respective coaching niche.

- Inspire and motivate clients to break boundaries and reach their full potential in their personal and professional lives.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all coaching interactions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a coach in the respective field (Relationship Coaching, Life Coaching, Health Coaching, Business Coaching).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Ability to empathize and connect with clients on a deep level, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

- Excellent listening and questioning skills to facilitate meaningful conversations and insights.

- Certification or relevant training in coaching is preferred , demonstrating commitment to professional development. But still apply even if you dont have a certificate.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing coaching practice and client relationships effectively.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including availability for sessions during evenings and weekends.

- Proficient in using digital tools for remote coaching sessions, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.

Pay: 35,000.00€ - 150,000.00€ per year
