Salary: Salary package between EUR 17,000-20,000 gross p/a

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Mon-FR 9-18, Mon-Sun

Relocation package: relo bonus of 2,500 EUR paid with first salary payment in case relocating from outside Portugal

The Role
As an User Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this online video sharing platform. This is an exciting role where you guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience. Besides this, you will answer any questions they may have in regards to posting videos, arranging password resets as well as any other general customer queries. Although this is a multi-channel support role, the majority of client interaction is done via live chat and therefore multi-tasking and being able to handle multiple chats at the same time will be important in this job.

Requirements
The successful candidate has:

• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Previous experience working in a call centre desired
• Eagerness to learn and attention to details
• Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
• Ability to multi-task

Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Besides this, there will be a relocation team available to provide assistance with finding temporary/permanent accommodation.
