  • Colaborar com o Gestor de E-commerce para definir o plano e procedimentos de relatórios de e-commerce B2B.
  • Garantir precisão e a entrega pontual dos relatórios aos principais intervenientes.
  • Fornecer relatórios e insights para apoiar a implementação da estratégia de e-commerce no canal On Trade.
  • Produzir relatórios de e-commerce e fornecer insights para otimizar a transformação e maximizar o valor do cliente.
  • Oferecer relatórios com base a experiência dos clientes em e-commerce.
  • Comunicar regularmente com os clientes internos para melhorar os procedimentos de relatórios de e-commerce.
  • Fornecer insights ao Product Manager de E-commerce para priorizar melhorias.

Perfil ideal
  • Licenciatura.
  • Experiência em funções semelhantes.
  • Excelente capacidade analítica.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação.
  • Experiência prévia na indústria do FMCG.
